Getting around the city
On arrival at Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport, Porto, there are several ways to get to the centre of Porto or to the Congress venue:
By METRO - Airport Metro Station (Violet Line (E)). You need to buy a card ("Andante azul" €0.60) and top it up with a Z4 ticket (€2.25). You can do this at the machines in all metro stations. With this card you can get to Casa da Música station (connection with several buses) or Trindade station (city centre - Av. Aliados). To get to the Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa, go to Francos station and walk ~700 m (10 min) or go to the Boavista roundabout (Casa da Música station), where you can take several connecting buses, such as 201 (Viso), 203 (Castelo do Queijo), which stop near the hotel, or walk ~1000 m (18 min).
By Metro/Bus - The journey from the airport to the Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa takes approximately 35-40 minutes.
